Randal Froebelius, President

Randal Froebelius, P.Eng. - President and founder of Equity ICI Real Estate Services, Randal Froebelius has over 17 years of experience in the management, development and construction of industrial, commercial office, retail, institutional and residential properties. His resume includes project management positions at Ellis-Don and PCL Construction and progressively senior management positions at Bramalea Limited and Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group. Prior to founding Equity ICI, he was responsible for all property management and construction activities associated with the Kolter Property Company’s six million square foot portfolio of assets in Toronto and Dallas.

Randal Froebelius holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is a licensed professional engineer in the Province of Ontario. Memberships in professional and industry organizations include Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Toronto Board of Trade.
