December 2006: Equity ICI Awarded Property Management Services Contract for Kingsview Investments
Equity ICI became property managers for 200 Matheson Boulevard West in Mississauga, in December 2006. This 50,000 s.f, two-storey office building is family owned and has recently undergone extensive renovations. Plans include the construction of a second building on the site with a start date of summer 2007. We are proud to be associated with Kingsview Investments and this exciting project.

November 2006: Equity ICI Awarded Property Management Services Contract for Bazis International – Yonge & Bloor
In November 2006, Bazis International purchased the 2 acre site at the southeast corner of Yonge & Bloor. This prime development site is slated for the construction of a new first class 3 level retail podium, condominium and 5 star hotel. Equity ICI managed the property for several years on behalf of the Kolter Property Company and is now managing the transition of the current 40 tenant retail site through the development phase.

Summer 2005: Equity ICI Awarded Property Management Services Contract for Nadalini Properties Holdings Inc.
In the summer of 2005, Equity ICI was chosen as the property manager for a 7 building industrial portfolio owned by the Nadalini family in Markham, Ontario. Equity ICI was selected from a narrowed field to continue the family’s long standing tradition for tenant service and responsiveness in conjunction with quality accounting and reporting.

July 2005: Parvin Vijh, Property Accountant, joins Equity ICI
Equity ICI is pleased to announce that Parvin Vijh has joined the firm as Property Accountant. Parvin holds a CPA designation and will be coordinating all property and corporate accounting. Equity ICI uses Yardi Systems accounting software. Welcome Parvin!

March, 2005: Equity ICI Awarded Property Management Services Contract for MaRS
Equity ICI became property managers for the MaRS B project effective March 7, 2005. This 300,000 s.f facility consists of labs and offices, dedicated to the commercialization of scientific discoveries in Canada. The project consists of a 100,000 s.f. heritage building which is the original Toronto General Hospital building renovated to suit a number of office tenants. This renovation provides tenants with an attractive combination of old and new with original interior brick finishes combined with modern drywall and aluminum/glass interior partitions. The 200,000 s.f. south tower is primarily lab space with a combination of offices. This brand new tower incorporates state of the art building technology that tenants can leverage in their research and development processes.
